Relighting the scene from Infiltrator demo in UE4, I've tried experimenting with Color Grading and a custom LUT to match the feeling from both Cyberpunk 2077 and Blade Runner 2049.
The Skydome and fog have been set up in order to follow the color palette from Blade Runner 2049 while the inner city parts are inspired from Cyberpunk.
I've changed light color/Function on certain lights in the scene to not make the fog appear too strong indoor.
